Two of my photographs “The Farthest Shore” and “Warren’s Sign” were selected for “Liminal: The Space Between – an Exhibition of Contemporary Photography” on view at the Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts in Concord , MA from January 16 to March 6, 2012. The opening reception is Thursday January 26th, 7 -9 PM.

The juror was Barbara Hitchcock who has been extremely active in the world of contemporary photography since the 1970s when she managed the traveling exhibitions and extensive art collections as the director of cultural affairs for Polaroid Corporation. She has been the curator of several national exhibitions. A former president of the Board of Directors of the Photographic Resource Center at Boston University, she currently serves on the Photography Collection Committee of the Harvard Art Museums, and the Board of Directors of the Griffen Museum of Photography

“Public Service Trailer”, a photograph from my recent trip to Washington County was selected for the 32nd Annual Parfitt Open Juried Photography Exhibition on display at the Robert Levy Gallery in Portsmouth, NH from August 31 thru September 30, 2011. The opening reception is Friday, September 2nd, 5 – 8 PM.
