Two of my photographs “Water Street Blues” and “After the Storm” will be on display May 5 to June 24 as part of “outwitting history – a juried exhibition” at the  Zullo Gallery Center for the Arts in Medfield, MA.  The opening reception is Friday, May 18 from 6 to 8 PM.

The inspiration for the exhibit was the book “Outwitting History” by Aaron Lansky, which documents the author’s quest to collect and protect Yiddish books, which turns into a mission to help preserve the dying culture of an aging immigrant population. Artists to the exhibit were asked to submit work based on their own personal cultural legacy.
